Investigations on the inversion model of membrane resistance-residual life for sulphur-bearing shale gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对川渝页岩气集输管线在CO2-H2S-Cl-SRB多因子耦合环境下穿孔事故频发、传统时间-腐蚀模型预警滞后6~9个月的难题,建立一种基于膜层电阻R的剩余寿命实时反演模型。在某页岩气现场布设82组L245NS钢挂片,记录穿孔前R及实测穿孔时间,采用自编码器神经网络与箱线图法(IQR>1.5)联合识别R异常值;采用Parr 4575高压反应釜构建与现场等效的腐蚀环境,进行1、4、7 d动态浸泡,利用失重法、原位EIS、SEM-EDS获取腐蚀速率、R及形貌演变;对20组盲样进行预警准确率与误差分析。现场挂片数据表明,R随时间呈“缓降-平台-陡降”三段式下降;动态浸泡加速实验表明,腐蚀速率由0.184 mm/a指数增至0.863 mm/a;拟合剩余可操作时间得tR=9.94e0.065RR≤2.0 kΩ·cm2)及高阻区线性补偿公式。现场验证显示,MAPE=3.8%,最大误差18.2%;以R≤0.20 kΩ·cm2触发红色预警,准确率75.0%,误报率0%。最终建立了可工程部署的“R-剩余寿命”指数反演模型,为川渝页岩气集输管线“缓蚀剂+杀菌剂”联合应急提供了量化依据,也可推广至其他高含硫气田碳钢管道。

     

    Abstract: In order to address the 6-9 month lag in traditional time-corrosion model warnings and the frequent perforation accidents in Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas gathering and transmission pipelines in CO2-H2S-Cl-SRB multi factor coupling environment, a real-time residual life inversion model based on membrane resistance R was established. At a shale gas site, 82 sets of L245NS steel hangers were engaged to note the measured perforation time and pre-perforation R. Following cleaning, R outliers were identified using autoencoder neural network combined with the box plot approach (IQR>1.5). A corrosion environment similar to the field conditions was created using a Parr 4575 high-pressure reactor and dynamic immersion was performed for 1, 4, and 7 days. Corrosion rate, R, and morphological evolution were obtained using weight loss technique, in-situ EIS, and SEM-EDS. Early warning accuracy and error analysis were carried out on 20 blind samples. The data from field steel hangers indicate that R drops in a three-stage pattern over time "gradual decline-platform-steep decline" Dynamic immersion acceleration test show that the corrosion rate rose from 0.184 mm/a to 0.863 mm/a exponentially. The remaining operating time was fitted to yield tR=9.94e0.065RR≤2.0 kΩ·cm2) with linear compensation for high-resistance zone. Verification on site show that MAPE is 3.8% and the greatest error is 18.2%. Setting off a red warning when R is no higher than 0.20 kΩ·cm2 produced an accuracy rate of 75.0% and a false alarm rate of 0%. Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas gathering and transportation pipeline has a quantitative basis for the joint emergency response of "corrosion inhibitor + bactericide" thanks to the development of an engineering deployable "R-remaining life" index inversion model. This model can also be extended carbon steel pipelines in other high sulphur gas fields.
