?177.8 mm casing cementing technology used in HFY Oilfield

  • 摘要: 井下漏失是影响HFY 油田?177.8 mm 套管固井工作的主要矛盾。在分析HFY 油田?177.8 mm 套管固井质量现状、固井工程特点和固井技术现状的基础上,提出了需要进一步研究解决的主要问题和固井技术建议。针对HFY 油田技术现状,在坚持已有成功经验的基础上,建议在完钻地层漏失压力评估和漏失层位判断、井底清洁、提高水泥浆防漏堵漏能力3 个方面加强研究,不断完善和提高?177.8 mm 套管固井技术。

     

    Abstract: Downhole fluid loss is a major problem in cementing ?177.8 mm casing in HFY Oilfield. Based on the cementing quality analysis of ?177.8 mm casing in HFY Oilfield, the cementing engineering characteristics and cementing technologies, the main problems and the suggestions for cementing technologies improvement were addressed in this paper. In line with the technical status in HFY Oilfield, it was suggested that, while maintaining the existing successful experiences, research and study should be enhanced on the assessment of loss pressure of drilled formations and the determination of thief zones, hole cleaning condition and improving the ability of cement slurry to prevent loss, so as to continuously improve the cementing technology for ?177.8 mm casing.
