Research and application of the drilling fluid techniques in K structure of Middle Asian

  • 摘要: 在分析中亚K 构造地质特征、钻井主要技术难题及对钻井液技术要求的基础上,针对该地区深部高压盐水层矿化度高、地层压力系数高、安全密度窗口窄、易发生卡钻等井下复杂事故的特征,研制出了密度2.41 g/cm3 的两性离子欠饱和盐水聚磺钻井液体系,同时提出了针对深部盐下油气藏的储层保护措施,并成功应用于现场,效果显著。在该构造4 号探井钻进过程中,随深度增加分别使用了两性离子聚合物体系、两性离子聚磺欠饱和盐水体系、两性离子聚磺欠饱和盐水屏蔽暂堵体系3 套钻井液体系。通过对钻井液流变性的精细控制使得钻进过程安全快速,无复杂事故发生,最终完钻井深6 596 m,油气显示良好, 为今后该地区的持续开发提供了有力的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: Through analyzing the characteristics of geology, difficulty in drilling engineering technique in the K Structure, and technical requirements for drilling fluid, the drilling fluid system of amphion polysulfonate/under-saturated salt water with density of 2.41 g/cm3 is developed according to the characteristics of downhole complicated accidents such as high mineralization of deep saline aquifer, high pressure factor, narrow safety density window, and easy pipe-sticking in this area. At the same time, the measures of reservoir protection are put forward for reservoir under deep seated salt, which are taken in the field and have significant effect. Three kinds of drilling fluid systems are used with the increase of depth in drilling of well 4 in this structure, including: amphion polymer system, amphion polysulfonate/under-saturated salt water system, polysulfonate/under-saturated salt water system with formation protection system. The refined control of rheological property of drilling fluid ensures the safe, rapid and accident-free drilling, final completion depth of 6,596 m and good show of gas and oil, which provides powerful technical guarantee for future development in the K Structure.
