静52-H1Z 井分段布酸酸化技术

Technology of staged acidification of Well Jing52-H1Z

  • 摘要: 针对鱼骨型水平井钻井周期较长、储层易被钻井液伤害、通过酸化难以实现彻底解堵的问题,提出了分段布酸酸化技术。采用单级封隔器+5 级喷砂器(含4 级滑套喷砂器)工艺管柱,实现了一趟管柱分5 段逐级布酸酸化;通过实验室岩心溶蚀试验,优选出缓速土酸和清洁自转向酸组合酸液体系;通过提高酸液用量和采用液氮伴注技术,提高了改造效果。在静52-H1Z 井成功实施了该项技术,取得了明显的酸化增产效果。试验表明,该技术适用于鱼骨型复杂水平井的解堵改造。

     

    Abstract: Reservoir is easily damaged by mud as the drilling cycle for fishbone horizontal wells is very long, and it is very difficult to solve the problem completely through acidization, so the paper presented this staged acidizing technology. 5-stage acidizing can be achieved by using a one-trip string containing a single-stage packer and 5 sand blasters which contain 4 sliding sleeves sand blasters. Through laboratory core corrosion test, the retarded mud acid and clean self-diverting acid were selected to form an acid system; by increasing the amount of acid and injection of liquid nitrogen, the stimulation effect is improved. This technology was used in Well Jing 52-H1Z and resulted in remarkable acid stimulation effect. The test results show that this acidizing technology is suitable for breaking and stimulating the complex fishbone horizontal wells.
