Abstract:
In view of the problems that the metal filter and chemical filters now used in polymer injected areas in Gudong Oilfield have a short sand control period and are not obvious in lifting the fluid, cyanate ester resin with favorable hydrothermal properties, mechanical property and heat-resistant performance is selected from six types of resins by lab experiments and used as substrate, which after further molding and improvement as per the optimum ratio obtained from the lab tests, finally produces a high-permeability screen tube with high strength and resistance to blocking. This screen tube filter has a 5 mm clearance to the center pipe, which increases the oil flow area and improves the permeability; meanwhile, it is characterized by strong compression resistance and bending resistance, strong sand control, not being easily blocked and resistance to chemical corrosion; it is suitable for extensive application in polymer injected areas of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. At present, tests of 6 well times have been carried out, and the average fluid increase is 34.2 m3 per day, up by 91.9%; oil production per day is increased by 1.8 t, and the working fluid level is increased by 159.2 m, generating obvious effectiveness in lifting the fluid level and increasing oil production.
