降水防砂工艺措施效果评价模型研究

Model study on evaluation of water reduce and sand control technique effect

  • 摘要: 降水防砂材料充填防砂能改善井底流动条件,起到降水增油稳砂的作用,但其施工效果综合评价模型方面的研究尚为空白。通过降水防砂材料油水相对渗透率性能评价实验,探讨了降水防砂充填材料的基本渗流性能及其主要的作用机理,建立了降水防砂材料充填简化模型,推导了降水防砂材料充填降水效果及增产效果预测的计算模型。应用软件对预测模型的敏感性进行模拟计算,并通过实例计算验证了降水防砂充填工艺措施的降水效果和增产效果。研究成果对疏松砂岩高含水油田降水增油措施的制定有一定参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Sand control by packing water reduce and sand control materials can improve the flow conditions at hole bottom and play the role of reducing water cut, increasing oil production and stabilizing sand; however, the study on the overall evaluation model on its operation effect is still a blank. Through evaluation and experiment on oil/water relative permeability performance of water reduce and sand control materials, this paper discusses the basic seepage performance of the water reduce and sand control material and its primary function mechanism, has established a simplified model for packing of water reduce and sand control material, and inferred the computing model for the water reduce effect of water reduce and sand control material packing and the prediction of production-increasing effect. Software was used to conduct analog computation of sensitivity of prediction model and verified the water reduce effect and production-increasing effect of the technology of water reduce and sand control packing by example computation. The research finding is of certain reference significance to the establishment of water reduce and oil-increasing measures for high water cut unconsolidated sandstone oilfields.
