尾管负压试压方法研究与应用

Research and application of negative pressure test for liner

  • 摘要: 使用尾管开采高压油气藏时,尾管重叠段的负压试压的成功与否关系到该段尾管是否能成为油井屏障的关键,而尾管重叠段负压测试的推荐做法和解释程序国内一直没有明确的规定。通过调研相关的技术标准和著名石油公司的推荐做法, 对尾管重叠段进行负压试压的条件、工艺等进行了深入研究,建立了一套完整的尾管负压试压方法,包括参数计算方法、工艺流程、试压结果解释方法。提出的尾管负压试压方法在伊朗Y 油田进行了应用,证明可行并能满足现场试压的需要。

     

    Abstract: When liner is used to exploit the high pressure oil/gas reservoirs, the success of negative pressure test on the overlay section of the liner has a direct bearing on whether the liner will become the key well barrier, but the recommended practice for negative pressure test on such overlay section is not expressly specified domestically. By studying the relevant technical standards and the recommended practices of well-known oil companies, profound research was conducted on the conditions and technologies for negative pressure test on the overlay section of liner, and a set of complete methods of negative pressure test for liner were established, including parameter calculation method, process flow and interpretation method for pressure test results. The proposed negative pressure test method for liner was used in Iran Y Oilfield, and was proved to be viable and could meet the requirement of field pressure test.
