南海内波流对深水钻井的影响及对策

Impacts of internal waves in the South China Sea on deepwater drilling safety and corresponding countermeasures

  • 摘要: 针对深水钻井过程中遭遇内波流后可能产生的平台位移、隔水管损毁等问题,分析了南中国海内波流的规律特征, 并基于内波流对钻井平台、隔水管及水下井口安全造成的影响,通过多普勒声波测速仪及电导率温深仪,建立内波流早期预警系统,结合现场作业,制定了钻井平台应对内波流的技术方案,对南中国海内波流后续调查研究工作提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the problems like platform displacement and damage of riser that may arise in deepwater drilling under the presence of internal waves, the paper analyzes the regular characteristics of internal waves in the South China Sea and establishes an early warning system based on the impacts of internal waves on the drilling platform, the riser, and the subsea wellhead safety through Doppler acoustic marine speedometer and conductivity bathythermograph. With consideration to field operations, a technical solution for the drilling platform to adress internal waves is developed and suggestions on follow-up research on internal waves in the South China Sea are provided.
