?244.5 mm casing cementing technology on Well Chuzi-1 in salt-cavern gas storage

  • 摘要: 盐穴储气库楚资1 井是楚州区块第1 口前期岩盐建库勘探评价井,生产套管下深超过1 800 m。针对区块资料缺乏、地层情况复杂易漏失、井径不规则、需全井封固等问题,在该井固井施工过程中,通过采用优质卤水前置液、优选低温抗盐水泥浆体系、管串结构设计与扶正器安放位置优化等措施,确保了?244.5 mm 套管固井施工顺利完成,声幅测井结果显示,全井封固段固井质量合格。该井顺利固井为该区块积累了有益的实践经验,为国内盐穴储气库向深处发展提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Well Chuzi-1 is the first appraisal well for salt-cavern gas storage construction in Chuzhou Block, which the production casing depth was over 1 800 m. In line with the problems like lack of data, complex formation conditions which is prone to fluid loss and irregular well diameter which needs whole-well cementing, measures were taken such as using quality brine pad fluid, optimizing low-temperature anti-salt cement slurry system, and string assembly design and installation of centralizers, which ensured successful completion of ?244.5 mm casing cementing. The amplitude log shows that the whole-well cemented section was qualified, which provides useful practice experiences for this block and references for domestic salt-cavern gas storage development into deep formations.
