海上油田丛式井表层开路预斜技术

Research on open-hole surface pre-kickoff technology for cluster wells in offshore oilfields

  • 摘要: 通过渤海地区开发井井筒布置密集易发生碰撞的特点说明了丛式井钻井作业中表层预斜技术的必要性。针对传统表层预斜技术拆卸井口消耗时间长的缺陷,提出了不安装井口,直接采用海水钻进并辅以大弯角马达造斜的开路循环预斜技术,并确定了其钻具组合及施工参数的优化方案。目前,该技术已成功应用于渤海地区54 口井,节约了钻井成本,增加了钻进效率,对于渤海以外的其他海域油田本研究也具有一定的推广意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper indicates the necessity of surface pre-kickoff technology in drilling cluster wells through the characteristics of dense placement of wellbores in development wells and easy collision in Bohai region. In view of the drawback of time-consuming dismantling of wellhead in traditional surface pre-kickoff technology, this paper presents the pre-kickoff technology with open-hole circulation without installing the wellhead but drilling directly with seawater and whipstocking by motor with large bend angle, and determines the optimizing scheme for BHA and drilling parameters. At present, this technology has been successfully applied in 54 wells in Bohai region, which has not only saved drilling costs but also greatly improved the drilling efficiency. This research is of some popularization significance to the offshore oilfields other than Bohai region.
