节能注水增压泵的研究与应用

Research and application of energy-saving water injection booster pump

  • 摘要: 针对目前油田注水增压设备能耗高、注水压力不能合理调配等问题,设计了节能注水增压泵。该装置通过机械换向阀来控制活塞左右行程,从而控制装置内部液流流向,通过双作用柱塞增压泵对液流进行增压。通过活塞结构受力分析,将活塞的运动分为2 个阶段,第1 个阶段为加速阶段,第2 个阶段为匀速阶段,计算了活塞运动速度、运动时间和有效功率,利用ANSYS 软件对活塞缸和活塞进行有限元仿真计算,证明其结构强度满足要求。在胜利油田对2 口高压井进行增压,增压1.5 MPa,能够满足注入压力和日配注量要求,完成增注任务;并且低压出口的压力和排量可以满足1~2 口低压井的注水要求。

     

    Abstract: This energy-saving, water injection booster pump was designed in view of the problems like high energy consumption of water injection booster equipment used in oilfields and water injection pressure not being able to be properly adjusted. This pump controls the right and left travel of the piston by mechanical direction valve, hence controlling the liquid flow inside the pump and boosting the liquid flow through double-acting piston booster pump. Through analysis of stress on piston structure, the movement of piston is divided into two stages. The first stage is accelerating stage and the second stage is constant speed stage. The piston movement speed, movement period and effective power were calculated. The ANSYS software was used to conduct finite element simulation calculation of piston cylinder and the piston, which showed that its structure strength can meet the specifications. This pump was used to boost two high pressure wells in Shengli Oilfield, and the booster was 1.5 MPa, which could meet the requirement of injection pressure and daily injection volume and accomplish the task of injection increase. The pressure and flowrate at low pressure outlet could meet the requirement of water injection at one or two low pressure wellhead.
