马深1 井超深小钻孔井眼准备及套管下入技术

The preparing and running casing technology of super deep and slim hole in Well Mashen-1

  • 摘要: 马深1 井完钻井深8 418 m,终孔尺寸?165.1 mm,下入?146.1 mm 尾管。井下高温高压、环空间隙小、螺旋屈曲载荷低等问题突出,导致下套管作业难度大。为解决以上难题,研究并成功应用了井眼准备及套管下入2 项综合技术。在井眼准备阶段,运用井身质量控制技术、动态地层承压实验、钻具组合设计及安全通井技术,创造了良好的井眼条件。模拟下套管技术分析了整个作业过程,降低了卡套管、井漏风险。以上技术在马深1 井的成功应用,为其他超深小井眼相关作业提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: Well Mashen-1 is the deepest in Asia. The finally drilling hole is ?165.1 mm, run in ?146.1 mm liner. There are several problems increase the difficulty in running casing, such as high temperature, high pressure, small clearance, low helical buckling load, etc. Preparing and running casing comprehensive technologies are researched and used to solve the above problems. In borehole preparation stage, wellbore quality control technology, dynamic formation pressure bearing capacity experiment, assembly design and safty wiper trip technology are used to create good hole conditions. The whole operation process is analyzed by the simulation of running casing technology, which reduces the risk of sticking and leakage. The successful application of the above technologies provides experience for other super-deep well
