Abstract:
Safety risk management of injection and production engineering is the key part of field application of CO
2 flooding technology. To ensure the on-site injection and production safety of CO
2 flooding and improve the safety risk management level of injection and production engineering, the safety risks in the process of injection and production were analyzed.Besides, the safety risks of injection and production engineering were evaluated quantitatively by means of analytical hierarchy process, and the hierarchical structure model of safety risk in the injection and production engineering of CO
2 flooding was established. Then, the factors influencing the safety risks of injection and production engineering were ranked based on structure judgement matrix, consistency check and weight calculation. The safety risks in the injection and production engineering of CO
2 flooding are divided into injection and production risk, CO
2 corrosion risk, safety management risk, and environmental protection and personal safety risk. The quantitative evaluation on the safety risk in injection and production engineering of CO
2 flooding shows that CO
2 corrosion is the greatest safety risk in the injection and production engineering of CO
2 flooding and the constructors' safety consciousness is the main factor influencing the safety of injection and production engineering. The quantitative analysis and evaluation on the safety risk of engineering and production engineering provides the reliable basis for the safety risk decision making and management of CO
2 flooding, decreases the safety risk in the injection and production engineering of CO
2 flooding effectively and provides the guidance for the safe operation of injection and production.
