渤海油田中深层储层射孔参数优化设计

Optimal design on the perforation parameters of medium and deep reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 射孔技术是保证中深油气层打开程度的重要环节。现有射孔器设计穿深与孔径基于地面水泥靶实验,与实际井下条件相差较大,同时常用的射孔表皮模型未考虑孔眼摩阻,无法准确刻画射孔穿深和产能之间的关系。从流体力学角度出发,通过耦合油藏与射孔孔眼流动的数学模型,建立了最佳射孔穿深优化模型,并形成了一套射孔弹优化选型的新方法。应用结果表明,该方法可为最优射孔穿深的设计提供理论依据,为进一步指导渤中区域中深层储层射孔参数优化具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Perforation is one important link to guarantee the perforating degree of medium and deep oil and gas layers.The designed penetration depth and perforation diameter of existing perforators are based on the surface cement target experiment, which is more different from the actual downhole conditions.In addition, the commonly used perforating skin model does not take the perforation friction into consideration, so the relationships between penetration depth and production capacity cannot be described accurately.In this paper, from the viewpoint point of fluid dynamics, an optimization model for optimal penetration depth was established based on the mathematical model coupling oil reservoir and perforation flow.In addition, a set of new methods for the perforation charge optimization and type selection were developed.And its application indicates that this method can provide the theoretical basis for the design of optimal perforation depth, and plays an important role in guiding the optimization of perforation parameters of medium and deep reservoirs in the area of Bozhong.
