基于AHP的水下采油树海试模糊综合评价

AHP comprehensive fuzzy evaluation on sea trials of subsea christmas tree

  • 摘要: 水下采油树是水下生产系统的核心设备,其性能和安全关系到整个水下油气生产的效率和安全。通过研究水下采油树海试过程,结合其结构及功能,利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierachy Process,AHP)从运输吊装性、安装回收性、功能性和ROV操作性4个方面构建水下采油树海试评价指标体系;再利用比较法和标度法构建相应指标的比较判断矩阵并计算各指标的权重向量;最后利用模糊综合分析方法,对水下采油树系统各评价指标进行量化分析,从而获得其综合性能及分项性能,定量评判水下采油树。研究结果对水下采油树海试数据采集及定量评价水下采油树性能具有指导意义,评价结果可为水下采油树海试后的优化改进提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Subsea christmas tree is the core equipment of subsea production system, and its performance and safety has a direct effect on the efficiency and safety of the overall subsea oil and gas production. Based on the studies on the sea test process of subsea christmas tree, combined with the structures and functions of subsea christmas tree, the sea-test evaluation index system for subsea christmas tree was constructed from the aspects of transportation lifting, installation recovery, functionality and ROV operability by means of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Then, the comparative judgment matrix corresponding to each index was established by virtue of pairwise comparison method and scaling procedure, and the weight vector of each index was calculated. Finally, the evaluation indexes of subsea christmas tree system were quantitatively analyzed by means of the comprehensive fuzzy analysis method, so as to figure out its overall performance and individual performance and evaluate the subsea christmas tree quantitatively. The research results provide the guidance for the acquisition of sea test data of subsea christmas tree and the quantitative evaluation on the performance of subsea christmas tree, and the evaluation results can be used as the reference and basis for the improvement of subsea christmas tress after sea test.
