苏里格气田钻井清洁化生产配套技术

Support technologies for the clean drilling prodution in Sulige Gasfield

  • 摘要: 为满足苏里格气田钻井清洁化生产需求,研制了适合钻井液、钻屑不落地处理工艺的关键设备,形成了一整套钻井液不落地施工工艺及操作流程,有效避免了因钻井液泄露造成的环境污染;研发了一种天然大分子环保型钻井液,生物毒性EC50为17.4×105 mg/L,无毒,BOD5/COD≥0.05,易生物降解,其他各项指标也达到环保要求,从源头上保障钻井液环保性能达标;研发了废弃钻井液固液分离及回用技术,现场推广应用400口井,缓解了苏里格生态脆弱地区环保压力和淡水资源短缺的压力。

     

    Abstract: In order to satisfy the requirements of clean drilling in the Sulige Gasfield, the key equipment suitable for drilling fluid and no landing drilling cuttings treatment process are developed, and a complete set of construction process and operation flow for no landing of drilling fluid are established, so as to avoid the environmental pollution caused by the leakage of drilling fluid. In addition, a kind of natural macromolecular environmental drilling fluid is developed. It is non-toxic (biotoxicity EC50 17.4×105 mg/L) and can be biologically degraded easily (BOD5/COD≥0.05) and its other indicators satisfy the requirements of environment protection. In this way, the qualified environmental performance of the drilling fluid can be guaranteed from the very beginning. What’s more, the solid-liquid separation and recycling technology for waste drilling fluid is developed. And it has been applied to 400 wells. And its application alleviates the environmental pressure of ecologically weak areas and the pressure of fresh water shortage in the Sulige Gas Field.
