南华北盆地亳州—阜阳地区页岩气钻井技术

Shale gas drilling technologies used in Bozhou-Fuyang area of the Southern North China Basin

  • 摘要: 为寻求南华北盆地安徽北部地区油气资源勘查的突破,在亳州、阜阳一带部署了多口勘探井。针对皖亳参1井中古生界地层可钻性差、取心易堵及取心难度大等难点,采用配置双扶正器取心筒、调节岩心爪间隙、优选PDC钻头以及优化取心参数等方法,高效完成230 m破碎层取心,收获率达96.89%;针对皖太参1井二开长裸眼井段发生失返性漏失、卡钻等井下复杂,采用多种堵漏配方堵漏,以及复合震击-卡点爆炸-套铣等一系列工序成功解卡。通过多口井的技术实践,形成了一套适宜于亳州—阜阳地区页岩气调查井的高效取心技术和复杂处理方法,为下一步该地区同类井钻井施工提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to seek for the breakthrough of oil and gas resource exploration in the northern Anhui of the Southern North China Basin, many exploration wells are deployed in the area of Bozhou and Fuyang. The middle Paleozoic formation in Well Wanbocan 1 is poorly drillable and the coring there is difficult and blocked easily. In view of these difficulties, dual-centralizer coring barrel is adopted, the clearance of core catcher is regulated, the PDC bit is selected and the coring parameters are optimized. As a result, the coring in the 230 m broken formation is completed efficiently with recovery rate of 96.89%. In Well Wantaican 1, complex downhole situations occur in the second long open hole section, e.g. mud loss with no return and pipe sticking. To deal with these complex situations, a variety of mud loss formulas are adopted and a series of process is applied to free the stuck pipe successfully, such as compound shock-sticking point explosion-washover. Through the implementation of several wells, a set of efficient coring technology and complex processing methods suitable for shale gas survey well in Bozhou-Fuyang area have been formed. Drilling practice and experience can provide the reference for the drilling construction of similar wells in this area in the following step.
