巴彦河套新区深井钻完井关键技术

Key technologies for deep well drilling and completion in Bayan Hetao New Area

  • 摘要: 为了解决巴彦河套新区井深4 500 m以上深部地层井眼轨迹控制难度大、井壁易垮塌掉块、井眼扩大率大、钻井完井过程中频繁遇阻卡、长封固段固井质量难以保证等技术难题,在钻井完井技术难点分析的基础上,优化了井身结构、井眼轨道与井眼轨迹控制方法,制定了钻井提速技术方案,改进了钻井液、固井水泥浆配方及技术措施,形成了巴彦河套新区深井高效钻完井系列技术。现场应用表明:井壁垮塌掉块明显减少,通井划眼时间缩短,钻井、完井周期大幅度缩短,固井质量提升。该研究可为巴彦河套新区安全高效钻井完井提供技术指导。

     

    Abstract: In the formation with well depth over 4 500 m, to control the well trajectory is difficult, well wall is easy to collapse, well enlargement rate is great, blockage during the process of drilling and completion occurs frequently, and to ensure the cementing quality of the long sealing section is difficult. In order to solve these technical difficulties, and based on the analysis of the technical difficulties on drilling and completion, the well structure, well trajectory and well trajectory control method were optimized, the drilling speed-up technical plan was formulated, and the formula of drilling fluid and cementing slurry was improved, forming a series of technologies for efficient drilling and completion of deep wells in Bayan Hetao New Area. Field application shows that: the collapse of the well wall is significantly reduced, the time for drilling and drifting is shortened, the drilling and completion cycle is greatly reduced, and the cementing quality is improved. This study can provide a technical guidance for safe and efficient drilling and completion in Bayan Hetao New Area.
