Fishing tools for fish top in horizontal wells with complex wellbore trajectory in shale oil

  • 摘要: 非常规油藏井眼轨迹复杂,生产管柱组合不合理、超检泵周期生产及井下作业过程中操作不当等导致的井筒故障易形成复杂鱼顶,使用常规打捞工具处理效率低,占井周期长,严重影响原油正常生产。通过对落鱼工况、常规打捞工具处理复杂鱼顶的不足开展具体分析,创新研发了螺杆泵转子落井、偏磨破裂油管落井、抽油杆呈弯曲打盘状和小件落物等4种复杂鱼顶专用打捞工具。长庆油田陇东区块应用效果分析和评价结果表明,4种工具打捞成功率分别为100.0%、98.0%、95.9%、100.0%,占井周期由常规打捞工艺的平均33.1 d降低至20.5 d,有效提高了原油生产时率。

     

    Abstract: The wellbore failures caused by complex wellbore trajectory, unreasonable production string combination, production duration exceeding pump inspection cycle and improper downhole operation in unconventional reservoirs generally result in complex fish top. The use of conventional fishing tools presents low efficiency and long well occupation cycle, which seriously affects the normal production of crude oil. Based on the specific analysis of fish falling conditions and the shortcomings of conventional fishing tools in dealing with complex fish tops, four special fishing tools for complex fish tops were innovatively developed, including screw pump rotor falling, eccentric wear broken tubing falling, disc-shaped bending sucker rod and small falling objects. The application effect analysis and evaluation results of Longdong Block in Changqing Oilfield show that the fishing success rates of the four tools are 100.0%, 98.0%, 95.9% and 100.0%, respectively, and the well occupation period is reduced from the average 33.1 d of conventional fishing process to 20.5 d, which effectively improves the crude oil production rate.
