新型单筒双井隔水导管设计及有限元分析

Design and finite element analysis of a new type of riser for twin holes in monobores

  • 摘要: 针对目前常用的单筒双井隔水导管技术存在的套管管柱下入时易挂碰、固井需同时注入大量水泥浆等问题,提出了一种新型单筒双井隔水导管。新型隔水导管通过预置特定隔板,对管体中间进行空间分割,使其成为两个独立的管柱,降低了定向造斜难度,提高了固井质量,且工序简单。以渤海海域埕北油田为例,按照渤海50年一遇海况夏季和冬季环境,利用有限元分析软件对Ø914.4 mm×22.225 mm Q345B新型单筒双井隔水导管管柱进行应力、弯矩和结构稳定性计算。结果表明,应力、抗弯能力和管柱结构偏移安全系数均满足标准要求,该新型单筒双井隔水导管具有良好的安全可靠性。该研究为渤海海域埕北油田开发实践提供了一种新思路,下一步还需要针对深海油田进行深入研究。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a new type of riser for twin holes in monobores is proposed to solve the problems which come up along with the common monobore twin-well techniques, such as general collision in the trip-in of casing string and the simultaneous injection of a large amount of cement slurry during cementing operation. This riser eases the directional angle build-up, improves the cementing quality, and simplifies the operation by presetting specialized baffle to break up the space to make up two independent pipe strings. Using finite element analysis software, the stress, bending moment and structural stability calculation of Q345B monobore twin-well risers with dimensions of Ø914.4 mm×22.225 mm are conducted in Chengbei oilfield in Bohai Sea waters, based on the summer and winter oceanic environment conditions every once 50 years in Bohai Sea.The results show that the safety factors of stress, bending resistance, and column structure displacement all meet the standard requirements, presenting sound safety and reliability of this new risers. This research provides a new idea for the development of Chengbei oilfield in Bohai Sea, however, further research is needful for deep-sea oil fields development.
