储气库生产管柱检测评价融合方法提升油气井注采安全

A combination method for detection and evaluation of production string in gas storage facilities to enhance the safety of injection and production in oil and gas wells

  • 摘要: 传统井筒完整性检测评价技术存在检测项目单一、易漏检等问题,难以满足储气库注采井长期稳产的需求。为此,提出了集成气体动力测井、电磁探伤测井、伽马-中子探伤测井及中子伽马能谱测井等多元检测技术的井筒完整性检测评价融合方法,并配套了基于检测数据的生产套管剩余强度与剩余寿命的综合评价方法。南堡1号储气库应用效果表明,该技术不仅能精准定位泄漏点、检测油套管腐蚀状况及管外气体聚集区,还能有效评估生产套管的剩余强度和剩余寿命,实现对井筒完整性的全面、深入检测与评价,克服了单一检测技术的局限。与传统方法相比,检测项目增加了气体动力测井和中子伽马能谱测井两项,显著提升了储气库生产管柱检测的全面性和效率。研究和现场试验表明,该技术可以准确识别井筒的缺陷类型和位置,基于检测数据能科学评价生产管柱在不同工况下的剩余强度和寿命,为储气库注采生产提供指导依据,也为油藏建库提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The traditional wellbore integrity detection and evaluation technology struggles to keep up with the long-term stable production needs of injection and production wells in gas storage due to such limitations as limited detection items and missed detection. To this end, a combination method for detection and evaluation of wellbore integrity integrating multiple detection technologies including gas dynamic logging, electromagnetic inspection logging, gamma-neutron flaw detection logging and neutron-gamma spectrum logging was proposed, and a comprehensive evaluation method for the residual strength and remaining life of the production casing based on the test data was proposed as well. The field application results in Nanbao No.1 gas storage shows that this technology can not only accurately position the leakage points, detect the corrosion status of the casing and check the gas accumulation area outside the casing, but also effectively evaluate the residual strength and remaining life of the production casing, which realizes the comprehensive and thorough detection and evaluation of the wellbore integrity, and lifts the limitations of limited detection. Compared with the traditional method, two more detection items are added: gas dynamic logging and neutron-gamma spectrum logging, which significantly improves the comprehensiveness and efficiency of the production string detection in gas storage. Research and field tests show that this technology can accurately identify the defect type and location of the wellbore, and can scientifically evaluate the residual strength and life of the production string under different working conditions based on the detection data, which provides a guiding basis for gas storage injection and production production, and also provides technical support for reservoir construction.
