八面河油田鱼骨状分支水平井钻井技术

Fishbone-like multilateral horizontal wells drilling technology in Bamianhe oilfield

  • 摘要: 为实现八面河油田浅层薄层油藏“少井高产”高效勘探开发目标,开始尝试引进鱼骨状分支水平井技术。对八面河油田浅层薄层油藏实施分支水平井进行了可行性论证,采用近钻头地质导向仪器,实现了薄层油藏内水平段轨迹精确导向;进行了井眼轨道设计与优化,实现了精确着陆和侧钻制导,避免在薄层内穿层;建立了钻井优化模型,通过调整钻具组合、水力参数等,实现了悬空侧钻段及水平段顺利施工。通过多参数地层对比和技术实践,实现了水平段施工时出层预警、防划眼轨迹偏移及循环降斜控制机制。自2024年起,在这些技术的推动下实现了一次侧钻成功率100%,钻井周期较设计节约32.21%,平均储层钻遇率99%;相较于单水平井,产能明显提升80%以上。该研究可作为八面河油田分支水平井标准化流程,对其他油区浅层油藏高效开发也具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the objective of "higher yields with fewer wells" in efficient exploration and development of shallow- thin-layer reservoirs in Bamianhe Oilfield, the fishbone-like multilateral horizontal well drilling technology has been introduced. A feasibility study was conducted for implementing multilateral horizontal wells technology in these reservoirs. The application of near-bit geosteering tools enabled precise horizontal trajectory control within thin reservoir layers. Wellpath design and optimization ensured accurate well landing and controlled sidetracking, avoiding thin-layer penetration. An optimized drilling model was established, and open-hole sidetracking and horizontal section operations were successfully implemented by adjusting bottom-hole assembly (BHA) configurations and hydraulic parameters. Through multiparameter strata correlation analysis and accumulated technical expertise, real-time layer exit warnings, trajectory deviation prevention during reaming, and inclination control mechanisms were achieved. Since 2024, these innovations have resulted in 100% success rate in first-attempt sidetracking, 32.21% reduction in drilling duration compared to design, 99% average reservoir penetration rate, and over 80% productivity increase compared to single horizontal wells. This study establishes a standardized workflow for multilateral wells in Bamianhe Oilfield and provides valuable references for efficient development of shallow reservoirs in other oil regions.
