低渗致密砂岩压驱压裂用双卡瓦防解封封隔器

Double-slip anti release packer for driving-fracturing of low permeability tight sandstone

  • 摘要: 海上低渗致密砂岩油气井套管外径以177.8 mm和244.5 mm为主,地层温度压力高、注入轮次多,采用常规Y441封隔器与水力锚联用的方式进行压裂施工,封隔器下环空压力会转换成对封隔器的上顶解封力,当油管内外压差低或水力锚锚爪滑动时封隔器存在被解封的风险。对压裂封隔器进行双卡瓦防解封结构设计,并对坐封状态和下环空带压过程进行对应的数值模拟、物理模拟分析,验证其防解封性能;同时进行最高温度为150 ℃下的API-11D1-V3测试和无水力锚压裂管柱的可行性分析。现场应用结果表明,双卡瓦防解封封隔器可用于外径为244.5 mm套管内的多轮次单层或多层的压驱压裂工艺,可用于井口施工压力不高于50 MPa、油藏温度不高于150 ℃的压裂井;可在该封隔器上方增加伸缩节或下压一定吨位的情况下,不连接水力锚。双卡瓦防解封封隔器的研究为海上压裂管柱设计提供新的技术方向,也为压裂封隔工具的研发提供参考经验。

     

    Abstract: The casing of offshore low-permeability tight sandstone fractured wells mainly has an outer diameter of 177.8 mm and 244.5 mm. The formation temperature and pressure are high, and the number of injection cycles is large. Conventional Y441 packers are used in combination with hydraulic anchors for fracturing operations. The pressure in the annulus below the packer can be converted into an upward unseating force on the packer. There is a risk of the packer being unseated when the pressure difference between the tubing and the annulus is low or when the hydraulic anchor slips. A double slips anti-unseating structure was designed for the fracturing packer. Numerical and physical simulations were carried out in the set state and during the annulus pressurization process to verify its anti-unseating performance. The API-11D1-V3 test was also conducted at a maximum temperature of 150 ℃, and the feasibility of fracturing without a hydraulic anchor was analyzed. The field application results show that the double slips anti-unseating packer can be used for multiple cycles of single-layer or multi-layer fracturing operations in casings with an outer diameter of 244.5 mm. It is suitable for fracturing wells with a wellhead operating pressure not exceeding 50 MPa and a reservoir temperature not exceeding 150 ℃. The hydraulic anchor can be omitted by adding an expansion joint above the packer or applying a certain tonnage of downward pressure. The research on the double slips anti-unseating packer provides a new technical direction for the design of offshore fracturing tubing strings and offers reference experience for the development of fracturing packer tools.
