高矿化度地热水高温阻垢剂的研制与应用

Research and field application of high-temperature scale inhibitors for geothermal water with hypersalinity

  • 摘要: 针对华北油田冀中南部高温地热注水井因高矿化度易结垢、制约资源开发的问题,研发了一种高效耐高温阻垢剂。通过分析现场采出液,筛选包括有机多元磷酸盐、季铵盐、氨基聚合物、无磷聚合物及天然聚合物在内的多种类型阻垢剂为原料,进行碳酸钙与硫酸钙的阻垢实验及复配优化。实验结果表明,在110 ℃条件下,优选出复合配方:A组分(mEDTMPmPESA=1∶5)与B组分(mATMPmHEDPmPASP=1∶1∶3.5)按质量比4∶3复配,其阻垢率达96.4%。该剂通过络合增溶、晶格畸变与分散作用发挥阻垢效果。在泽90#换热系统中应用后,阻垢率稳定在82.5%以上。该高温阻垢剂体系性能稳定,分散性好,可为高矿化度地热资源的可持续开发提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenge of scaling due to hypersalinity in high-temperature geothermal water injection wells in the central and southern Hebei of Huabei Oilfield, which restricts the resource development, a high-efficiency high-temperature resistant scale inhibitor was prepared. Based on the analysis of on-site extracted liquid, such scale inhibitors as organic polyphosphates, quaternary ammonium salts, amino polymers, phosphorus-free polymers, and natural polymers were selected as raw materials to conduct indoor experiments on scale inhibition of calcium carbonate/calcium sulfate and formula optimization. The laboratory findings demonstrate that the optimal composite formula, at 110 ℃, is determined as follow: component A (mEDTMPmPESA=1∶5) and component B (mATMPmHEDPmPASP=1∶1∶3.5) are formulated at a mass ratio of 4:3, achieving a scale inhibition rate of 96.4%. This inhibitor works by mechanism of chelation solubilization, lattice distortion, and dispersion. The application in Ze 90 # heat exchange system exhibits the scale inhibition rate over 82.5%. The formula system of high-temperature scale inhibitor presents excellent stability and dispersion effects, providing technical support for the sustainable development of geothermal resources with hypersalinity.
