能源转型背景下钻井工程技术在新兴产业中的拓展应用路径分析

Analysis of the application pathways for expansion and application of drilling engineering technology in emerging industries under the background of energy transition

  • 摘要: 全球能源结构正加速向清洁低碳化转型,传统油气钻井服务市场面临需求萎缩挑战。然而,地热、二氧化碳捕集利用与封存(CCUS)、地下储库及煤炭地下气化等新兴产业的兴起,为钻井服务市场开辟了新的增量空间。由于这些新兴领域地质条件复杂、工况环境多变,现有油气钻井工程技术在拓展应用过程中,仍面临技术适配性不足、工程成本偏高、标准体系不健全等挑战。在梳理上述四大产业发展态势的基础上,深入分析了钻井工程在新兴产业中的潜在需求与瓶颈问题,结合国内外油气公司业务跨界拓展的成功经验,提出钻井工程技术在新兴产业中可遵循的发展路径,即:技术迁移与适应性升级—发展定制化与特色技术—依托工程示范构建与迭代标准体系—打造“钻井+”一体化服务模式,以期为我国钻井工程企业的业务延伸与能力提升提供理论支撑与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: The global energy landscape is undergoing an accelerated transition toward clean and low-carbon sources, challenging the traditional oil and gas drilling services market with declining demand. Concurrently, the rise of emerging industries such as geothermal energy, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), underground storage, and underground coal gasification presents new growth opportunities for drilling services. These emerging sectors are characterized by complex geological conditions and variable operational environments, which expose limitations in existing oil and gas drilling technologies, including inadequate technical adaptability, higher engineering costs, and incomplete standard systems. This study reviews the development trends of aforementioned four industries, analyzes the potential demands and technical bottlenecks for drilling engineering in these emerging sectors, and draws lessons from successful cross-industry business expansion by domestic and international oil and gas companies. Based on this analysis, a development pathway is proposed for drilling engineering technologies in emerging sectors, comprising technology transfer and adaptive upgrading, development of customized and specialized technologies, construction and iterative refinement of standard systems through engineering demonstrations, and establishment of an “Integrated Drilling+” service model. This framework aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the business expansion and capability enhancement of drilling engineering enterprises in China.
