谈谈石油钻柱失效问题

DISCUSSION ON FAILURE OF DRILLING STRING

  • 摘要: 本文全面分析了钻柱失效的形式和对钻柱失效的研究方法。传统的研究方法有较大局限性,在疲劳断裂方面不能很好地描述材料性质。从机理讲,钻柱破坏可分为低应力疲劳破坏、塑性疲劳断裂、环境介质作用下的疲劳和磨损失效等形式。基于这种分类,引入了研究裂纹扩展速度的局部应力-应变法,研究复合加载对材料性质影响的非比例循环概念及研究钻柱运动随机性的随机载荷谱等概念和方法。这些机理研究是解决钻柱失效问题不可缺少的一步,是建立科学的破坏判据、指导实践的关键之一。

     

    Abstract: The forms and the study methods of drilling string failure are thoroughly analised.The traditional method has it limitation and is unable to describe properly the properties of material in terms of fatigue fracture.From the view point of mechanism,the failure of drilling string can be divided into the low stress fatigue failure,plastic fatigue fracture,fatigue and wear failure under the action of environmental medium and other forms of failure.Based on the categorization above,the concepts and methods of the local stress-stain method to study the extension speed of cracke,the nonproportional cycle concept to study the impact of combine load on the properties of material and the concept of spectral random load to study the randomness of the motion of drilling string are introduced.The study on the mechanism above is one necessary step to solve the issue on the failure of drilling string and is one of the key to the establishment of scientific criterion of break and to steer the practices.
