金刚石双心取心钻头首次试验获得成功

THE FIRST TEST OF THE DIAMOND BI-CENTER CORING BIT SUCCESSFUL

  • 摘要: 川石·克里斯坦森公司根据川中矿区的需要,设计、制造了?152mm(6in)C201B双心取心钻头,经角57井在3025~3066.48m井段连续取心3次,岩心收获率为98.48%,井径扩大率为7.5%,与普通取心钻头和牙轮钻头相比,井径扩大率提高了6.47个百分点,符合设计要求。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirement of Chuan Zhong Oilfield,Chuan Shi-Christensen Co.Ltd has designed and manufactured the C201B bi-center coring bit and its diameter is 153 mm(6").Through three continuously coring tests between 3025 meters to 3066.48 meters in Jiao 57 well,the core recovery is 98.48% and the enlargement is 7.5%.Compared to the conventional coring bits and roller bits,the hole enlargement increased by 6.47 percent.This coincides with the design requirements.
