高压水射流清除油管结垢的研究

STUDY ON THE DESCALING OF CALCIUM CARBONATE ON WATER-INJECTION PIPELINE BY HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET

  • 摘要: 本文在分析油田注水井油管结垢原因及垢质成分的基础上,设计了高压水射流清垢的喷嘴,通过室内试验研究得出了射流压力和移动速度对清垢效率影响的规律。根据油田需要,设计了固定式和移动式两种油管清垢装置。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the compeition of scale on water injection pipeline,the jet nozzle is designed. According to the indoor test results,this paper introduces the effects of jet pressure and velocity on the descaling efficiency. Stationary and movable descaling units are developed for the needs of oilfield production.
