MS高效前置液的研制及其应用

APPLICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MS HIGH EFFICIENCY AHEAD FLUID

  • 摘要: MS前置液,是由高分子聚合物、表面活性剂、页岩稳定剂、微硅或加重剂(隔离液使用)组成。具有水力、物理和化学3种冲洗作用,可有效地隔开水泥浆和钻井液,提高顶替效率。同时由于本身API滤失量小及有成膜作用,因而可降低水泥浆向地层失水,保护油气层。在新疆塔东北地区10口深探井油层固井中使用,固井合格率100%,其中油气层段固井质量优质率在95%以上,取得了良好的社会、经济效益。

     

    Abstract: MS ahead fluid is composed of micromolecule polymer,surfare activity agent,shale stability agent, micro silicon and weighting material. MS have three flush actives: hydralical, mechanical and chemical. It can isolate the slurry from drilling fluid improving displacement efficiency of cement.Because of its small API filtration rate and filming function,MS can reduce filltration of slurry entering formation to avoid payzone dameged. MS is applied in 10 wells in which cement qualification rate achieve 100% and high cement quality rate is over 95% in sections in northeast Tarim,Xinjiang.
