石油行业中激光热处理的应用现状与展望

REVIEW ON APPLICATION OF HEATING TREAT USING LASER IN OIL INDUSTRY

  • 摘要: 本文全面回顾了激光热处理这一高新技术在国内外石油机械行业中的应用与研究情况。总的看来,目前的应用还只局限于钻井、采油井下工具的表面强化方面,不是十分普遍,尚有许多地方值得推广应用,以获得更好的经济效益;同时金属激光强化技术本身也要作进一步研究发展,如激光金属陶瓷的研究,以增强这些工具的耐磨、耐蚀等工作性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviewed on applications and researching of heating treatement using laser in oil industry at home and abroad. Heating treatment using laser technique is not widely applied in oil industry,which only applying in surface hardening of downhole tool used in drilling and production.It is valuable to further research metal laser hardening technique such as laser metal coatings that improve abrasion and corrosion resistance of tools.
