FP-Ⅰ粘土防膨剂的研究

STUDY OF FP-1 ANTI-CLAYSWELLING AGENT

  • 摘要: 本文通过对合成条件的筛选,合成出FP-Ⅰ型阳离子聚合物粘土防膨剂。该防膨剂抗酸、抗盐性能好,经瓦氏膨胀仪、毛细管渗透时间(CST值)、激光粒度分析、扫描电镜及岩心流动实验研究表明,FP-Ⅰ为一种优良的粘土防膨剂。该产品可用于完井液,油田开发中的注水井、采油井防膨及酸化压裂等工作液中,对于延长注水周期,保证射孔、酸化压裂等井下作业的成功,具有十分重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the synthetic FP-1 cationi polymer anticlayswelling agent with good acid and salt-resisibility.Research results obtained by expansion instrument, capillary seepage time(CST),laser grain for analysis,scanning transmission electron microscope and core flow test show that it is a kind of good anti-clayswelling agent. It can be applied to treatment fluids of well completion,anti-swelling,fracturing and acidizing of injection and production wells. It has an important function for prolonging waterflood cycle and ensuring success in downhole operations such as perforation,acidization and fracturing.
