Abstract: This paper discusses some problems existing in conventional tubing string that havv effects on the normal production of suck rod pump wells,which include connection between rods on top of pump, selection of pump length,size of tie-rod and allocation of tubing hangef nipple joint and so on,and presents the adopted measures and relevant results.
