渗透率梯度测试仪的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF PERMEABILITY GRADIENT METER

  • 摘要: 介绍了岩心渗透率梯度仪的设计思路、结构原理、检测精度及应用领域。仪器的核心部分是有多个测压孔的岩心夹持器,利用高精度的压力传感器,监测试验时各段岩心中的流体压力,由微机跟踪显示数据信号,并作出一系列曲线。通过输入相应的参数,即可输出各段岩心的渗透率值,进而弄清经完井液、堵水剂或酸化液等流体处理后,岩心渗透率随深度变化情况。经油田使用已见到明显效果,为开展油层保护研究工作,提供了新的评价手段。

     

    Abstract: Yu Weichu, Sun Tianxi, Li Shulian This paper introduces the design thinking, structure, principle, testing precision and applying domain of permeability gradient meter. Its key part is core holder with several pressure tap. It can test fluid pressure in each part of core by high precision pressure sensor, show data information by microcomputer and draw a series of curves. It can calculate core permeability according to inputting parameters, and then understand the relation of core permeability with depth after the core is treated by completion fluid, water plugging agent or acidizing fluid etc.. The obvious results have been obtained in field application. It provides a new evaluation method for study of formation protection.
