TCP液压点火装置的研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF TUBING CONVEYED PERFORATING (TCP) HYDRAULIC IGNITION DEVICE

  • 摘要: 环压式激发牵绳点火引爆装置在TCP射孔及TCP+ DST两联作技术中存在着许多缺点。为此,经过一年多的研究,研制成功了一种新型的压控式液压点火引爆装置。它与牵绳点火引爆装置相比,有结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠等特点,适用于大斜度井、水平井作业及全负压射孔。经多口井现场试验与应用,己取得显著的经济效益和社会效益、主要分析了牵绳点火引爆装置在实际中存在的问题,介绍了液压点火装置的结构设计、工作原理、特点、现场试验和应用情况。

     

    Abstract: The annulus-pressure pulling-rope ignition device exists many problems in TCP perforation or TCP-DST interaction. For this reason, the pressure controlled hydraulic ignition device has been developed through study for more than one year. Compared with pull-rope ignition device, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, and can be used for high angle well, horizontal well and underbalanced perforation. This paper introduces its structure design, working principle and advantages. The obvious economic and social benefits have been obtained in field applications.
