PDC钻头井底水力问题的计算机模拟

COMPUTER SIMULATING HYDRAULICS OF PDC BIT ON BOTTOM OF HOLE

  • 摘要: 井底清岩和切削齿冷却是PDC钻头水力学的突出问题,给出了PDC钻头井底流动、传热的数学模型,并借助泥沙运动力学,根据Maye-Peter公式,由速度场定量计算井底各处可能带走岩屑量的分布,以此来评价清岩能力。较全面地提出了PDC钻头井底流动、传热和清岩的计算机模拟原理和技术方法,可用于了解PDC钻头井底的水力作用效果.改进和完善PDC钻头的水力结构。

     

    Abstract: Removing cuttings from bottom of hole and cooling cutters are crilical to PDC bit hydrodynamics. This paper presented a mathematical model and simulating principle to describe PDC bit’s heat transfer and removing cuttings under circulation condition, uhich are help to improve hydrodynamics configuration of PDC bit and realize hydrodynamics effect acting bottom of hole.
