水平井取心工具承托弹簧设计

DESIGN OF RETAINER SPRING OF CORING TOOL USED IN HORIZONTAL WELL

  • 摘要: SP-8100型水平井取心工具,通过液力推进-机械提升装置,在取心结束后实现了内筒随伸缩机构上行,卡板岩心爪封闭内筒的目的,所以适用于未固结砂岩和未成柱岩性地层的取心。装置的核心部件是承托弹簧。通过计算设计的承托弹簧经实验证明达到了设计要求,可满足现场需要。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduce SP-8100 type coring tool used in horizontal well.This tool suit for unsoiled sand and broken formation,because core container moves up with telescopic system and core gripper with slip-spider close container by hydraulic pull and mechanical lifting unit,after finishing coring.The tool’s key part is retainer spring which proven meet field work and getting design requirement.
