温控短路热洗清蜡防漏管柱的研究及应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF TEMPERATURE-CONTROL SHORT-CIRCUIT TYPE THERMAL WELL-FLUSHING WAX-REMOVAL LEAK-RESISTANCE STRING

  • 摘要: 介绍了克拉玛依油田在热洗清蜡中存在的问题,为解决这些问题,应用温控元件设计出温控短路热洗清蜡防漏管柱。通过室内和现场反复试验,可由一定温度的热洗液进行温控短路热洗,并可通过温控封隔器封住油套环形空间,防止热洗液污染油层。它比原热洗工艺节约热洗液用量30%~50%,热洗施工时间减少30%~50%,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper gives an introduction on the problems existing in hot-water well-flushing wax-removal in Kelamayi Oilfield.In order to solve these problems,the temperature-control short-circuit type thermal well-flushing wax-removal leak-resistance string is developed by using of temperature-control components.Indoor and field testing results show that it realizes the temperature-control short-circuit well-flushing by flushing fluid with certain temperature.The temperature-control packer is used to prevent flushing fluid from injuring oil formation by sealing the annulus between tubing and casing.Compared with conventional method,it can save 3O~5O percent of flushing fluid volume,and reduce by 30~50 percent of operating time.
