亚肯3井深井侧钻技术

DEEP WELL SIDETRACKED TECHNOLOGY OF YAKEN-3 WELL

  • 摘要: 塔北亚肯3井设计井深6200m,钻至5546.33m时发生盐层卡钻,处理事故中钻具又折断,被迫填井侧钻。第一次侧钻因螺杆钻具事故而失败。第二次侧钻,侧钻点井深5100m。在井深、温度高(实测112℃)、压力高(钻井液密度1.74g/cm3)、地层可钻性差、工具面不易控制的情况下,采用螺杆钻具和有线随钻测量技术侧钻成功,并将?177.8mm尾管安全下至井深5656.73m。

     

    Abstract: Design depth of Yaken-3,in North Talimu,is 6200 meters,while drilling to 5546.33 meters,the strick is happened in salt.The drill collar is broken in treating.So the sidetracked is started.The first sidetracked is failure because of downhole motor.The second kop is selected in 51 00 meters.Under deep well,high temperature(112℃),high pressure(drilling fluid density is 1.74g/cm3),poor drillability,it is successful to sidetracked using downhole motor and SST tool.It is successful to send the177.8mm liner to 5658.73 meters.
