MMH钻井液在川东门西3井的应用

APPLICATION OF MMH DRILLING FLUID IN MENXI-3 WELL IN CHUANDONG AREA

  • 摘要: 川东地区占三分之二进尺的?311mm井段,有砂桥、沉砂,常需划眼;大段泥页岩地层易井塌,尤其是地面地层倾角大时,井塌就更为严重。为此,进行了MMH正电胶钻井液的室内试验和现场应用。结果表明,以MMH为主体的正电胶钻井液具有十分明显的"固/液"转化的独特的流变特性,结构能很快形成,又能很快且很容易地被拆散;水眼粘度η∞很低,卡森动切力τc和剪切稀释系数Im很高,剪切稀释性很好;有很好的井眼净化能力,有很好的抑制性和井壁稳定能力。所以,MMH正电胶钻井液在川东地区有广阔的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Sand bridge and sediment are found in the 311mm hole in Chuandong Area,reaming operations are required,while well slough is likely to happen in shale formation,especially when high dip angle exists.Laboratory test and field practice of MMH drilling fluid were conducted.The results showed the unique rheology of "solids-liquids" conversion,with the structure formed and broken quickly.Other advantages inclued low viscosity in nozzle,high Casson dynamic shear force and shear thinning cofficient,good wellbore cleaning capability and inhibating effect,as well as high well stability.
