钻井液转变成固井液的固井技术研究
STUDY ON CEMENTING TECHNIQUES OF CONVERSION OF DRILLING FLUID INTO CEMENT SLURRY

摘要: 通过向钻井液中加入高炉矿渣和其它化学处理剂,可将钻井液转变成固井液(MTC)。高炉矿渣是一种具有水硬性质的颗粒材料。文中介绍了筛选矿渣,分析了影响矿渣水化反应和形成强度的因素,建立了钻井液转变成固井液的室内实验方法,研究了钻井液转变成固井液的液体性能和固体性能,评选出1种激活剂、2种分散剂和3种调凝剂,完成了密度1.50~1.70g/cm3、流动度21~26cm、API失水小于100mL、无游离水、稠化时间180~300min、24h抗压强度大于13MPa的MTC固井液配方。经冀东油田用常规固井设备和工艺在φ244.5mm套管固井中施工5口井。这5口定向井的钻井液类型有聚合物钻井液、正电胶钻井液和小阳离子钻井液。钻井液转变成的MTC团开液密度为1.62~1.81g/cm3,具有可泵性好、固化物抗压强度发展快等特点,测井表明固井质量合格,与用油井水泥固井相比可节约固井材料费约75%。Abstract: Through addition of blast furnace slag and some chemical agents, a conversion of drilling fluid into cement slurry can be accomplished. The required specifications and optimized selection of slugs, the properties of converted slurry in fluid and setup phase, the chemical additives needed and the conversion technology were figured out in this study. A formulation of MTC fluid with destiny of 1.50~1.70 g/cm3, API filtration under 100 ml, thickening time of 180~300 min and strength over 13 MPa was presented. Successful practices with good quality of five φ244.5 mm casing cementing with this techniques using a MTC fluid with density of 1.62~1.81 g/cm3 were obtained in Jidong oilfield. In comparison with regular cementing method, 75% of cementing material expenses can be saved with application of these techniques.
