TA系列苦咸水固井添加剂在塔中油田的应用

USE OF SPECIAL CEMENTING ADDITIVES CEMENTING WITH MINERAL WATER IN TAZHONG OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 塔中油田缺乏淡水,地下水为苦咸水,与现有的国产和进口水泥添加剂不能匹配使用。为此,胜利油田和塔指联合研制成适用于苦咸水的TA系列水泥添加剂──降失水剂、缓凝剂、分散剂和消泡剂。经室内试验,水泥浆的失水、自由水、稠化时间、流动度和水泥石强度均可达到要求。经现场水平井、定向井的技术套管、油层套管10井次固井试验,合格率100%,优质率70%。该系列水泥添加剂也适用于淡水,而且效果更佳。

     

    Abstract: There is a lack of fresh water in Tazhong region and underground water is mineral water which can not match cementing additives for fresh water. A series of cementing additives like filtration control, retarding, dispersion and defoaming agents for cernenting with mineral water were studied and fabricated. The lab tests data showed that all parameters as filtration, free water content, thickening time, fluidity and strength after setup can meet the required standards. Among all the cementing operations done with these chemicals, the up-standard ratlo was 100%, sdper quality ratlo was 70%. All these chemicals can be used for fresh water and are with raised effect.
