螺杆泵优化设计方法及应用

OPTIMUM DESIGN METHOD OF SCREW PUMP AND ITS APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 螺杆泵采油方式近两年来得到了较快的发展。为了优选螺杆泵的抽油工艺,本文以流体力学和理论力学为基础,推导出了地面驱动螺杆泵的基本数学模型,简单讨论了螺杆泵采油方式的优化设计方法,并举实例说明。

     

    Abstract: Applications of screw pump have made great progress since recent years.Based on fluid mechanics and theoretical mechanics, this paper derives the basic mathematical model of screw pump drove by surface equipment in order to optimize the pumping technology, and makes a simple discussion on optimum design method of screw pump by practical examples.
