确定油井射孔最大负压的新方法研究

A NEW APPROACH TO DETERMINE NEGATIVE PRESSURE IN UNDER BALANCED PERFORATING

  • 摘要: 负压射孔技术的关键参数之一就是负压差的大小,它直接影响油井射孔完成后的产能以及孔眼的稳定性。利用弹塑性力学理论结合渗流方程提出了确定射孔完井最大负压差的新方法。该方法使用简单,结果可靠,为现场工作人员选择合理射孔负压差提供了理论依据,有较好的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The negative pressure for under balanced perforating is a key parameter in well perforating design. It can directly influence the productivity and borehole stability of a perforated well. The paper gives a new method to determine the negative pressure for under balanced perforating by use of elasto-plastic deformation theory coupled with reservoir flow equations. The method applied shows its simplification and reliable results. It also has great significance to improve perforating operations.
