控制水力压裂支撑剂返排的玻璃短切纤维增强技术

USE SHORT CUT FIBER TO CONTROL PROPPANT BACKFLOW VOLUME IN WELL HYDRA-FRACTURING

  • 摘要: 介绍了用玻璃短切纤维增强技术(FRP)控制水力压裂支撑剂返排的作用机理,建立了介质塑性滑移机制的细观力学模型,对玻璃短切纤维的性能进行了测试,并对适用于控制支撑剂返排的玻璃短切纤维最佳参数进行了试验评价。

     

    Abstract: The paper describes the mechanism to control proppant backflow volume by use of short cut fiber glass reinforced plastics (FRP). A micro-mechanic model was built to study the proppant slide movement. It presents the test results of the short cut fiber glass,and the best parameters for the short cut fiber to control proppant backflow volume are also evaluated.
