用密度相关系数逼近法计算抽油机悬点载荷

USE DENSITY COEFFICIENT APPROACH TO CALCULATE SUSPENSION LOAD AT POLISHED ROD HANGER

  • 摘要: 在综合分析多种抽油机悬点载荷计算方法的基础上,从保证计算精度和简化分析计算过程的角度提出了一种计算抽油机悬点载荷的"密度相关系数逼近法"。给出了理论分析、公式推导过程和实际计算步骤。该方法在现场使用中取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Based on the comprehensive analyses of previous suspension load calculation methods at polished rod hanger, the paper presents a new one named density correlation coefficient approach under the conditions to ensure calculation accuracy and simplify calculating procedures. The theoretical analysis, formula deduction and practical calculation procedures are also presented. Good results were obtained in fields use.
