新的API注水泥温度及其应用方法

NEW API CEMENTING TEMPERATURE AND ITS APPLICATION METHOD

  • 摘要: 井底温度是注水泥工艺中的重要参数。为了准确采集井底温度,API于1984年成立了一个由13个固井专家组成的研究小组,经8年研究建立了新的注水泥温度相关表及温度测量方法。文中介绍了API井底温度的数据采集方法和新的API注水泥、挤水泥温度相关表。在新的API温度相关数据的基础上,应用回归分析,建立了新的井底循环温度数学模式,为国共工程技术人员现场施工提供了新的计算方法。

     

    Abstract: Temperature is an important factor in cementing technology. A new table relating cementing temperature and a new temperature measuring method were established by an API group of 13 cementing experts organized in 1984 through 8 year continuous efforts. A API data collecting method of bottom temperature and a new table of cementing and squeeze cementing temperature were recommended in this paper. Using the new API temperature data and regression analysis method, the author established a new mathematical equation of bottom circulating temperature provided to cementing engineers for their rig-site job.
