酸化实时监测与评估技术研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF REAL-TIME MONITORING AND EVALUATING TECHNIQUE IN ACIDIZING

  • 摘要: 酸化实时监测与评估技术是通过测量酸处理过程中注入排量和注入压力来分析计算井底表皮系数的变化,从而实时判断酸化效果。研究了三种用于实时监测的模型并用其编程,在吐哈油田现场应用10余井次。结果表明,该技术除可实时判断酸化效果外,还可以优化酸化设计;优选适合区域特性的酸液配方;判断惰性流体对地层的转向(暂堵)作用的成功性;对单井效果做综合评价等。实时监测技术的关键参数是井底压力和排量,由于目前没有适应井下强酸环境的压力、排量传感器,因此只有通过井口压力和排量计算井底参数。

     

    Abstract: The real-time monitoring and evaluating technique in acidizing is used for analyzing and calculating the variation of skin factor and judging acidizing effectiveness in real-time by measuring discharge capacity and injection pressure of acid in acidizing treatment. This paper studies three kinds of real-time monitoring models, by which the relevant software is developed-Application results of more than 10 wells in Tuha Oilfield show that it can be used for judging acidizing effectiveness in real-time, optimizing the acidization design, selecting the acid fluld ingredient, judging the feasibility of temporary plugging of inert gas on formation, and evaluating comprehensively the treatment results of single well. The key parameters in real-time monitoring are bottom-hole pressure and bottom-hole discharge capaclty, they can be only calculated by wellhead pressure and wellhead discharge capacity because there is not pressure and flow sensor for downhole strong acid condition.
