射流振荡压裂技术的研究与试验

STUDY AND TEST OF FRACTURING TECHNIQUE BY JET OSCILLATION

  • 摘要: 射流振荡压裂技术把射流振荡处理油层技术与水力压裂相结合,变静态压裂为连续振荡动态加砂压裂,可降低施工压力,提高加砂速度,降低压裂液用量,进而提高压裂效果。阐述了振荡压裂技术的国内外发展历史、技术特点与结构、工作原理、施工工艺及现场试验等。试验证明,施工工艺简单、费用低廉,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Combining the jet oscillation treatment with hydraulic fracturing, the new fracturing technique changes static fracturing into continuous dynamic sand fracturing. It can lower operation pressure, increase sanding rate, decrease fracturing fluid volume, and improving fracturing results. This paper introduces the developing history of jet oscillation fracturing technique at home and abroad. It also introduces, the technical property and structure, working theory, operation technology and field test on the jet oscillation fracturing. Testing results show that it has a wide prospect because of simple operation method and low operation cost.
