Y453-146插管封隔器在分层试采中的应用

APPLICATION OF Y453-146 BAYONET-TUBE PACKER IN SEPARATE ZONE TESTING AND PRODUCING

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种利用国产插管封隔器Y453-146及其辅助工具,配合其它常规试油方法,在一井两层上进行分层试采作业的工艺模式,同时介绍了其具体施工步骤、要求、特点以及封隔器关键部件长密封管长度的计算方法,在四川气田3口井的现场应用试验中,取得了较好的效果。提出了选井选层条件,特别是该工艺适用于H2S含量较低的井。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a separate zone testing and producing technology using bayonet-tube packer and its handling tools combining with the conventional testing method. It also introduces its operating procedure, demand, feature, and the calculating method of sealing tube length of packer. Good results have been obtained in field test. It is suitable for the well with low content of H2S.
