偏心环空压降的实用求解法

A PRACTICAL METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF PRESSURE LOSS IN ECCENTRIC ANNULUS

  • 摘要: 石油工程、化学工程和摩擦润滑中,经常遇到非牛顿流体在偏心环空中的流动问题。偏心环空中由于内、外号柱的不同轴,给有关参数计算带来了很大不便。文中首先求解了非牛顿流体在同心环空中作轴向运动时的解析解,之后利用数值方法求解了偏心环空中非牛顿流体轴向运动时的数值解。在此基础上,利用多元多数回归分析的方法,建立了非牛顿流体在偏心环空中运动时压降计算的经验模式。计算表明,同近似法和数值法相比较,该方法不仅使用方便,而且误差仅在5%以内,完全可以满足工程施工的需要。

     

    Abstract: A analytical solution of axial movement of a non-Newtonian fluid flow in a concentric annulus was set up first and then a numerical solution of a non-Newtonian fluid flow in ari eccentric annulus was found out using numerical method. Considering the above solutions, an empirical model for calculation of pressure loss of non-Newtonian fluid flow in an eccentric annulus was determined by using a multi -parameter regression-analysis method. This method is more convenient in comparison of the approximation method and the numerical method. The error of this method is limited under 5% that can match the engineering requirements.
